Xinfada Import & Export Successfully Delivers 3-Axle Low-Bed Semi-Trailer Order to Nigerian Client

Recently, Xinfada Import & Export (Shandong) Co., Ltd. officially completed the delivery and shipment of a batch of 3-axle low-bed semi-trailers to a Nigerian enterprise. These vehicles will be shipped from a Chinese port and, following customs clearance at the Port of Lagos (Apapa), will be deployed for local heavy machinery and equipment transport operations.

The delivered 3-axle low-bed semi-trailers feature welded main beams made of high-strength Q355B steel, with double-layer reinforcement plates at the gooseneck-to-main-beam connection. With a rated load capacity of 60 tons, they are equipped with both hydraulic and spring-assisted ramps to facilitate the loading and unloading of large and medium-sized construction machinery, such as excavators, loaders, and road rollers. The axle assembly utilizes FUWA 13-ton axles, and the braking system is engineered to withstand the prolonged heavy-load operating conditions typical of Africa's hot climate. Heavy-duty 12.00R20 tires were selected to ensure stable performance on some of Nigeria's unpaved roads.

The Nigerian client specializes in the transport of oversized loads for infrastructure projects and the relocation of mining equipment. Having previously used semi-trailers from Chinese brands, the client highly values the products' cost-performance ratio and the availability of after-sales spare parts. Following multiple rounds of technical discussions and solution optimizations, the client selected the 3-axle gooseneck low-bed model recommended by Xinfada. Additionally, the contract included spare axles and a package of wear parts to reduce local maintenance and operating costs.

A representative from Xinfada Import & Export stated that Nigeria is one of the most active markets for low-bed trailers in West Africa; with continued growth in local infrastructure and mining investments, the demand for heavy-duty transport equipment is steadily rising.
