1.5T Hybrid: A Balanced Approach to Off-Road Performance and Economy

The 1.5T Hybrid features a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T turbocharged engine and an electric motor. This system is optimized for off-road driving, balancing power output and energy efficiency. The 1.5T engine produces 115kW (156 horsepower) and 230Nm of torque. Combined with a 150kW and 350Nm electric motor, the system boasts a combined maximum power of 240kW (326 horsepower) and a combined peak torque of 560Nm, far exceeding comparable gasoline-powered vehicles of the same displacement.

Mated to a 3-speed DHT Pro transmission, it supports multiple driving modes, including pure electric, hybrid, and sport. For city commuting, the vehicle can switch to pure electric mode. The 28.39kWh battery pack provides a pure electric range of 100km (CLTC), meeting daily commuting needs and achieving zero-emission travel. Off-road, the engine and electric motor work together to amplify torque through a three-speed transmission, maintaining ample power even on steep 40-degree slopes.


Off-road Performance: Intelligent All-Wheel Drive


This version is equipped with an intelligent all-wheel drive system featuring BorgWarner's sixth-generation Torque Manager, which automatically adjusts front and rear axle torque distribution based on road conditions, with a flexible range of 0:100 to 50:50. It also features an electronically controlled front differential lock and a mechanical rear differential lock. If a wheel slips, the differential lock quickly engages, transferring power to the wheel with traction, significantly improving escape ability. To address the unique characteristics of hybrid vehicles, engineers have enhanced the battery pack's protection with an IP68-rated waterproof design, ensuring battery safety even when wading through water up to 800mm deep. Furthermore, an "Off-Road+" mode optimizes power delivery, delays shifting, and maintains high engine speed, ensuring instant torque, making it easy to navigate extreme road conditions like mud and sand.


Energy Efficiency: Worry-Free Long-Distance


Under CLTC conditions, the 1.5T hybrid version boasts a combined range of over 1,000km, including 100km of pure electric range. With a 60L fuel tank, a full charge is more than enough for round-trip travel from the city to a remote camp. In daily use, pure electric mode consumes approximately 15.5kWh per 100km, while hybrid mode consumes only 5.9L per 100km, significantly saving annual fuel costs compared to comparable gasoline-powered off-road vehicles.

The EV supports both fast and slow charging. Fast charging can charge the battery from 30% to 80% in 30 minutes, while slow charging takes four hours to fully charge. An optional solar panel on the roof can be installed to recharge the battery while parked outdoors, further extending driving range.


2.0T Gasoline Version: Pure Hardcore Power

The 2.0T gasoline version is equipped with a high-power turbocharged engine, producing a maximum power of 187kW (254 horsepower) and a peak torque of 390Nm. Mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, this powertrain is designed for those seeking a pure off-road experience. The engine delivers maximum torque across a wide rev range of 1750-4000rpm, ensuring strong power during low-speed climbing and high-speed overtaking.

The 8-speed automatic transmission's shifting logic has been optimized for off-road driving. In low-speed four-wheel drive mode, it can amplify torque by downshifting, with a maximum torque amplification factor of 2.48, allowing the vehicle to easily handle extreme road conditions. The transmission also supports manual shifting, allowing the driver to precisely control gears using the shift paddles, maintaining stable power output in complex terrain.


Four-Wheel Drive System: A Solid Emblem of Mechanical Excellence


This version features a full-time four-wheel drive system with a mechanically locked center differential, enabling a 50:50 front-to-rear torque split. Combined with electronically controlled differential locks on the front and rear axles, this system creates a "three-lock" configuration, delivering professional-grade off-road performance. Compared to the hybrid version's intelligent four-wheel drive, the full-time four-wheel drive system offers superior responsiveness and reliability, making it particularly suitable for extended, high-intensity off-roading.

The chassis utilizes a front double-wishbone independent suspension and a rear five-link integral axle. This integral axle structure is engineered to withstand greater impacts. Adjustable nitrogen shock absorbers allow for manual adjustment of suspension firmness and height based on road conditions. With a maximum suspension travel of 220mm, it effectively filters vibrations on bumpy roads, protecting the vehicle and occupants.


Use Case: A Reliable Partner for Long-Distance Crossing


The 2.0T gasoline version has a 70L fuel tank capacity, with a combined fuel consumption of approximately 9.5L/100km (city driving) and 8.2L (highway driving). A full tank of fuel provides a range of approximately 750km, making it suitable for long-distance crossings. The engine features a twin-scroll turbocharger, minimizing turbo lag and maintaining stable power output even at high altitudes. Even at altitudes exceeding 4,000 meters, power reduction is kept to less than 10%.

To withstand harsh environments, the engine and transmission have undergone high-temperature and high-cold testing. They can start normally in temperatures as low as -30°C and operate stably in temperatures as high as 50°C. The high-positioned air intake system allows for a wading depth of up to 900mm, surpassing the hybrid version and making them suitable for driving in rainy seasons or on flooded roads.


Common Features: A Smart and Comfortable Off-Road Experience


Both versions share the same interior and intelligent features, meeting the practical needs of off-roading while maintaining a modern, technological feel. The interior is constructed of waterproof and wear-resistant PVC, and the seats are treated with a stain-resistant finish, making them easy to wipe clean even if stained by mud or water. The center console features a 12.3-inch touchscreen, powered by a Qualcomm 8155 chip, supporting voice control, offline navigation, and off-road information display. It displays real-time data such as altitude, slope, and vehicle pitch, helping the driver assess road conditions.

The ergonomically designed seats feature an 8-way power adjustment for the driver and lumbar support, effectively reducing fatigue during long drives. The rear seats fold down in a 4/6 split configuration, creating a flat area with the trunk, perfect for a casual "bedroom" break. In terms of safety features, both models are equipped with basic features such as vehicle stability control, hill descent control, hill start assist, and tire pressure monitoring. High-end models also feature a Level 2 driver assistance system, including lane keeping, adaptive cruise control, and active braking, enhancing driving safety on both urban and highway roads.
